The Resource Delivery Operations Lead will encompass the responsibilities of the Resource Delivery Operations Lead. This may be an Individual Contributor or may supervise a group of Operations Managers, supporting the SETT StatementworX product line. This is a combination of Strategic Account management as well as day-to-day tactical activities related to the fulfillment of our requisitions that include Engineering, Scientific, IT and Professional job disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective delivery of scopes of work across multiple clients and varied geographies.
- Develop Statements of Work with clients
- Qualify potential StatementworX opportunities
- Assist with pricing of qualified opportunities
- Coordinate Recruiting activity ensuring only the most qualified candidates are submitted to clients
- Screen potential talent for our projects and programs
- Work with recruiting to educate them on client needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Work closely with Internal Business Development team members, supporting development of new business opportunities
- Coordinate implementation activities for new clients
- Manage ongoing relationship with clients and employees at assigned client sites
- Development of strategic relationships within the client’s organization as well as internally at Kelly
- Ensures utilization of Kelly tools in the delivery of the solutions
- Financial planning and performance management for those sites within their portfolio.
- Ensure Kelly standards are maintained as it relates to payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Creation of Business Review materials as needed.
- Strategy development to enhance the current brand - service offerings to increase market share
Qualifications:
- Strongly prefer bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline
- Five plus years’ experience within Kelly Operations and/or Business Development
- Five plus years’ experience of Operational Account Management
- Ten plus years’ experience in Staffing Industry, preferably within a technical discipline.
- Prefer experience in recruiting and working on order fulfillment.
- Technical background or exposure required to evaluate candidates for open positions
- Ability to support all time zones across domestic U.S.
- Must have the ability to handle a large workload, with multiple competing, priorities.
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels both internally and externally
- Must be able to prioritize and make quick decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 30% of time.
Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
