We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Excellence Manager to join our expanding team and play a vital role in the continued development of our client partnership. We are searching for this candidate anywhere in EMEA.

Overall responsibility to ensure effective management of all projects and process improvements across our client program.  The person in this role will manage all Process Improvement initiatives and projects through planning, schedule, budget and other resource planning and will be responsible for training all individuals involved (customer, supplier, and internal Kelly departments). They will also act as a coordinator of cross functional teams involved in these projects. Responsible for representing KOCG professionally in community activities and organizations including customer or supplier functions.

Responsibilities:

Refining and developing business/operational processes considering best practice, in support of operational excellence and success

Troubleshooting new opportunities or resolving escalated program operation issues

May be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to customer engagements

Operational leadership for new implementations, products and processes, including operational set-up standards for a new program or product

Consultation internally and externally on best practices

Summarize and present findings and recommendations on all elements related to a particular engagement including successfully delivering engagement requirements on-time and to a high professional standard

Responsible for all aspects of the projects over the entire life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)

Responsible for Process improvement initiatives across the Program

Responsible for maintaining and updating the Global BRD with all process changes as required

Effectively and efficiently lead all design and deployment activities utilizing appropriate Project Management tools and techniques.

Successfully implement project requirements to ensure product delivery and on-time program launch. 

Responsible for coloration on any expansion requirements as the Program grows Globally 

Lead the program requirements gathering and design session.  Establish project deliverables

Define and lead project governance

Provide consultation to offer efficiencies, improvements and innovative methods to achieving project and program objectives 

Assemble the project team, and oversee resource scheduling 

Define the change leadership and communication plan  

Execute the project tasks

Manage changes to scope, budget, schedule and costs.  Facilitate internal and external customer approvals. 

Measure project performance using Project Management techniques and perform corrective actions and escalations as required 

Ensure that all customers and suppliers are in compliance with contractual guidelines, prior to launch of project.

Qualifications and Experience

Business experience (either in staffing or contingent workforce area)

• Large scale program or project implementation experience.

Working towards PRINCE2 / PMP Certification is advantageous

Experience/exposure to large projects and initiatives

Strong background in Service Delivery processes and procedures and ability to develop positive relationships with individuals quickly and easily

Understanding of Process Engineering Techniques

Exceptional ability to communicate (orally, written and listening), to senior level internal and external customer contacts.

Able to conduct, develop, and deliver presentations to Senior-level customer contacts 

Ability to understand customer needs and implement solutions to meet their needs

Proficient and proven negotiation skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment

Strong customer focus and team orientation

Advanced MS Office including a proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
