10165 - Paralegal/Legal Admin - Virtual, USA
The Paralegal will provide support for designated Law Department and outside counsel activities under the supervision of counsel and/or a Paralegal Manager or Senior Paralegal Manager.

Responsibilities
- Support: Law Department initiatives, attorneys in Law Department, and outside counsel retained by Kelly. Handle support provided by Law Department staff.
- Investigation: Investigate matters assigned by Paralegal Managers, Sr. Paralegal Managers and Counsel.
- Litigation/Claims: Assist Counsel, Paralegal Managers, and Sr. Paralegal managers with all aspects of handling claims against the company, including: Litigation, Legal Claims, Administrative Charges, Indemnification Claims, , Internal Investigations, Subpoenas.
- Employment Law: Assist Counsel, Paralegal Managers, and Sr. Paralegal managers with all aspects of Employment Law, including: Immigration, Employment Law Advice and Counsel, Restrictive Covenant Review and Enforcement, Corporate Restructuring and Employment Action Support.
- Business Unit Support: Assist Counsel, Paralegal Managers, and Sr. Paralegal managers with all aspects of Business Unit Support.
- Matter Tracking & Reporting: Assist Counsel, Paralegal Managers, and Sr. Paralegal managers with all aspects of Matter Tracking & Reporting.
Requirments
- Creativity, Organizational skills, Social skills, Research skills, Oral and written communication skills, Analytical thinking skills & Independent judgment
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite and Outlook and web-based computing
- Strong proficiency in Computershare’s GEMS (Global Entity Management System)
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to work in multiple time zones and jurisdictions
- Ability to multitask numerous projects in high pressure environment
- Strong teammate
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce software preferred
Qualifications Required:
- 4 year degree preferred
- Paralegal certification preferred
- 0-5 years in a Legal department work experience.
- Human Resources/Staffing industry experience a plus
