KellyOCG (Outsourcing and Consulting Group, a division of Kelly Services) is currently seeking an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for building relationships with key customers and is responsible for the management and seamless execution of operational tasks, programs, and supported projects. As the Operations Manager, you will drive efficient results to ensure that the quality and quantity output trend is consistent and sides toward constant improvement. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and process improvements
  • Work with leadership on current and new projects and tasks to see through to execution
  • Lead all aspects of consulting with the business and external customer as an operational domain specialist
  • Responsible for meeting SLAs and other deadlines as required by contracts and business leaders
  • Insuring everyone is aligned and following the pricing structure. 
  • Manage the pricing structure by ensuring the team is aligned and following the pricing schedule. Schedule reviews/evaluations
  • Manage a team of Talent Supply Chain Consultants

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in high level operational, administrative, or project management with supervisory responsibilities
  • Prioritize focusing and directing the team in the new required direction
  • Proficient experience in analyzing and trending large amounts of data
  • Assisting with supplier management. 
  • Maintain a supplier focus by ensuring that partnership with our supplier base is strong. 
  • Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively including the ability to organize and present data, develop business, manage others and accomplish many tasks simultaneously with an attention to detail. 
  • In addition, the candidate must demonstrate a strong customer focus, flexibility, team orientation and technical proficiency (i.e., computer skills).
