Our Bilingual Onsite Talent Advisor II is accountable for: 

• Client Management – customer service 

• Employee Relations – (between 130 – 150 Kelly temporary employees) payroll, benefits and performance reviews 

• Documentation

**Must be bilingual in Spanish

Seeking minimum of 1+ years of full cycle Recruiting and employee management experience, in a fast-paced environment

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 11:00pm

Salary:  $52,000 - $58,000 DOE plus benefits and Incentive Plan
