Key Responsibilities:

As an RPO Recruiter, you will work closely with our clients and collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with clients to understand their staffing needs and objectives.
• Sourcing and identifying top talent through various channels.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates to match with client requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Focusing on Nigerian recruitment needs while potentially assisting in other African regions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on RPO and Nigerian recruitment.
