Our Recruiting Strategist is accountable for:

  • Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
  • Acting as a Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
  • Participating in various recruiting events including job fairs

 

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

 

Seeking minimum of 1 year of recruiting or human resources experience.

 

Must be able to travel locally up to 50% locally for hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other applicable events; valid United States driver’s license in good standing required.

 

Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
