WE are looking for you to join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment.  

 

as a Freelance Recruiter for our Customer, Global leader in biotechnology, life sciences and diagnostics segment in Denmark! 

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts by screening resumes, conducting interviews and hiring candidates to meet our volume hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. High volume recruiting of blue collars.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.  
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  5. Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
  6. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Stay up to date on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years plus of experience in recruitment, preferably in volume hiring or agency recruitment.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Fluency in Danish and English languages.
