Our Sr. Physician Recruiter (Government) is responsible for:

  • Position: full-cycle recruitment of primarily physicians within a federal agency
  • Logistics: Direct-Hire, Dayshift, 100% Remote, ASAP Start Date
  • Compensation: $70-75K base DOE + lucrative, uncapped commission

Sr. Physician Recruiter (Government) - Remote

Are you a results-oriented recruitment professional with a passion for connecting top healthcare talent with meaningful opportunities? Join our team as a Sr. Physician Recruiter and play a vital role in fulfilling our mission as Kelly Government Solutions.

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting high-caliber physicians (and potentially PAs, NPs, and nurses) to fill critical positions within our federal partnerships. You'll leverage your strong sourcing skills and industry knowledge to build a robust talent pipeline and ensure we have the best people on board to deliver exceptional care.

How you’ll contribute to our team:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of physician openings to understand specific requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies utilizing a variety of channels and advanced techniques like Boolean searches.
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates, fostering relationships and effectively communicating our mission and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and conduct virtual pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Meticulously screen candidates against established credentialing and position requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all recruiting activities to ensure transparency and efficient workflow.

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience (prior healthcare recruitment experience required).
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting physicians with exposure to Locum Tenens positions required.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its talent landscape.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a willingness to leverage AI features for enhanced efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively represent the agency to potential candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough candidate screenings and evaluations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
