Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Poland!

As RPO Recruiter for our Customer, a Global leader in biotechnology, life sciences, and diagnostics based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to fulfill our volume hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment needs and devise effective sourcing strategies.
  2. Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  4. Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
  6. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  7. Foster and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  8. Aid in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events.
  9. Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes continually.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring or agency recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Fluency in German, English and Polish languages.
