We are seeking a motivated and skilled International Recruiter to join our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) project within one of our esteemed clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and can be based in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier talent primarily in the Dutch-speaking market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
  • Use diverse sourcing techniques: online channels, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners for alignment.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive candidate experiences from application through onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Always represent KellyOCG and the client professionally.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven recruiting experience, preferably in RPO or agency settings.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality recruitment services.
