To help us grow, we’re seeking a B2B Associate Marketing Director to help us transform and execute our marketing strategy for hiring managers in the SETT space. The right candidate will develop strategy and drive the tactical execution of marketing campaigns designed to acquire and retain customers for our SETT business. This is an individual contributor position, reporting to the VP of Marketing for SETT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic and tactical B2B marketing plans that support new client acquisition and existing client retention and expansion working with senior sales and marketing leadership.
  • Launch bold and engaging marketing campaigns—leveraging account-based marketing, social media, web/digital, email, video, SEO, events, PR/communications, and more—to generate a pipeline of MQLs for the SETT sales teams.
  • Develop strategic messaging and collateral to ensure sales and operations team members are equipped with the right resources to effectively sell Kelly SETT products and services.
  • Validate which B2B programs (paid and organic) are performing well, justifying incremental investment or a change in strategy working closely with Performance Marketing team.
  • Using your understanding of marketing automation platforms to scale effective marketing and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Ability to implement new tools, experiment, learn and drive change.

Essential skills: 

  • Strategic and innovative thinker and problem solver with a track record of developing and implementing bold and creative integrated marketing plans with measurable results.
  • A digital native with an incredibly strong digital marketing acumen across both paid and owned channels. Significant experience using marketing technologies to their fullest capacity.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; ability to work with and influence others both within marketing and throughout the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills—listening, writing, editing, verbal–with attention to detail as well as the ability to distill complex ideas and organize them into meaningful messages.
  • Significant experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred) and CRMs (HubSpot’s SalesHub or D365 preferred).
  • Ability to plan and evaluate marketing performance/ROI using marketing data and prior experience identifying opportunities and gaps in the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Seeking a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience and at least 3-5 years in Science, Engineering or Technology space.
