Our Strategic Account Director is accountable for:

  • Leading and developing the Service Delivery team into experts in their field inspiring the team to exceed targets
  • Providing leadership to direct report staff members and their teams. This includes performance management, training, coaching, mentoring, recognition
  • Exceeding expected daily fill rates and overall client metrics while maintaining effective positive business relationships with key decision makers
  • Identify new opportunities to expand usage of core business and new business lines throughout the customer account
  • Meeting face to face with key customer stakeholders throughout the district on a frequent basis to ensure high levels of satisfaction and consult on future needs/program enhancements

 

Essential Skills

  • Effective communication is crucial for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and validating the value proposition of Kelly’s staffing services
  • Ability to think critically and strategically about the account being serviced involving understanding market trends, anticipating client needs, and developing long-term plans to meet those needs while achieving business objectives
  • Negotiation skills are essential for reaching mutually beneficial agreements with clients on contracts, pricing, and service level agreements while advocating for Kelly's interests while also understanding and addressing the client's concerns
  • Strong problem-solving skills addressing issues, such as, staffing placements, resolving conflicts, or troubleshooting logistical problems, finding creative solutions quickly and efficiently
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability

 

Seeking a minimum of at least 8 years of experience with Staffing Account Management, operations, sales or service delivery into a customer account with minimum 3 years of leadership and development of teams larger than 12. Must have the ability to travel to client sites and/or work at the local branch 5 days a week. US Drivers license in good standing required.
