Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Portugal!

As a Recruitment Coordinator for our Customer, a Global leader in life sciences and diagnostics you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting intake calls with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
  • Collaborating with external agencies to coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Screening and reviewing candidate application materials.
  • Presenting selected CVs to hiring managers.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Managing recruitment processes primarily for the UK market while providing support to other EMEA countries.




  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting, with a strong emphasis on customer service and administrative support. Previous experience in a recruiting environment is a plus.
  • A service-oriented mindset and a proven track record of dealing effectively with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident yet friendly demeanor.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Fluent English.
