Our Recruiting Manager is accountable for: 

• Setting recruiting strategy and deploying resources
• Day-to-day activity and providing guidance to a team of recruiters. 
• Setting KPI’s and deliverables and managing team to metrics
• Providing service to both the customer and talent 

Essential Skills:   

• Experience managing high performing teams 
• Previous high volume recruiting experience 
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of labor standards in all provinces
• Strong technical acumen

Seeking minimum of 7+ years experience in a similar role or post-secondary education.
