Our RPO Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for:
- Scheduling interviews and administrative calendar work utilizing MS Teams, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.
- Analyzing calendars and scheduling candidates for interviews in a timely matter.
- Building relationships with hiring managers.
- Interact with and communicate candidate updates to Recruiting Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Team and other key partners
- Keep candidates warm during the interview process and manage candidate inquires as needed
- Enter and manage candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System in a timely manner, includes but not limited to scrubbing requisitions, candidate engagement, moving applicants through the process, filling & closing requisitions
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in recruiting support with an emphasis on interview scheduling.
- Background managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully
- Experience successfully identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks
