Our Bilingual Talent Advisor is accountable for:

• Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.  
• Execute programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.  
• Actively inform Talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates  
• As Talent issues arise, make sure resolution occurs in a timely and professional manner.  
• Based on feedback and engagement scores, drive for and execute process improvements as directed  
• Maintain balancing operational efficiency and delivering the highest quality services to meet the customer needs.  

Essential Skills:

• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language  
• Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships  
• Results-Oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment 
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management

Seeking minimum 3-5 years of in employee management, supervisory or team lead role onsite at a client location in a pick and pack environment required. This position is for an in-house temp/contract at the client facility. 

Pay Rate: $21.45 - $28.65/hr.     

Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 6:00pm - depending on client needs, will only be working an 8 hour shift but must be flexible between this range - OT is possible during ramp up.
