As a Recruiting Manager based in LATAM, you will oversee a team that may include Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Logistics Specialists (both exempt and non-exempt) who handle candidate screening, interview scheduling, and post-offer administration. Working closely with an Operations Manager, you will ensure the team is properly trained, equipped with the right tools, and adheres to established processes to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). A key part of your role is to build strong client relationships and collaborate with clients to ensure the success of the recruitment program.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Work with the client’s Human Resources, Recruiting teams, and Hiring Managers to assess client satisfaction, address concerns, and proactively prevent potential issues.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultative partner with expertise in the labor market and the client's industry to develop top-tier recruiting strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Allocate recruiting resources and distribute requisition loads to the team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of candidates.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Guide and mentor the team on recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, process administration, and consultative skills.
  • Performance Management: Ensure the program and team meet critical metrics and SLA requirements, fostering a metric-driven environment.
  • Team Development: Hold weekly 1:1 meetings with each team member to review performance, strategize on program challenges, and ensure administrative compliance. Lead the team in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide the client with regular reports on program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Business Reviews: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to deliver quarterly business reviews to the client.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related role.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams of 5-10 direct reports (onsite, offsite, or virtual; experience managing geographically dispersed teams is a plus).
  • 2+ years of direct client management experience.
  • 5-10 years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on proactive and passive sourcing (expert in advanced search techniques).
  • Skills & Expertise:
  • Proven ability to build and present recruitment strategy plans.
  • Experience delivering data-driven reports on key program metrics.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and compliance.
  • Familiarity with budgets and financials.
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various CRM, ATS, and HRIS systems.
  • RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the Defense industry is highly preferred.
Language Requirement:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
