As a Talent supply Chain Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end MSP process. This includes manager interactions, CV screening, supplier engagement making sure candidates that our client’s needs. You will work according to our client’s global standard process and to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a professional experience throughout the hiring process for both hiring manager and supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Attraction:
- Full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions according to our client’s global standard process.
- Utilize various methods to identify potential candidates for our client, such as spotlight calls and regular updates to the supplier base.
- Build and maintain relations with our client and supplier base.
- Selection:
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Shortlist according to our client’s global standard process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and efforts, internally, with the client and together with the suppliers.
- Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate offer terms according to our client’s global standard process.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Must have Recruitment background or equivalent.
- Work experience in temporary labor, service level and/or customer service industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Strong command of Swedish language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in specific industries relevant to the clients focus.
- Technical proficiency (e.g., MS Office, VMS tools).
