Kelly Services' Identity Architecture is an essential component of secure, authenticated, assured, and controlled access to all Kelly systems for all Kelly employees (FTE, Temp, Contractors), Acquisitions, Talent, Vendors, Suppliers, Customers, business-to-business and business-to-consumer/talent services.
In this role, as an IAM and Identity Engineer/Architect, you will be responsible and accountable for the following:
- 3rd level technical support for all Identity platforms, technologies, and services
- 3rd level technical and scripting support to other teams within the Identity and Access Management Group
- Being aware of all relevant and related technical and architectural developments and progressions in the Identity solution space, specifically focusing on the Microsoft solution set.
- You contribute to defining, building, and running Enterprise Identity Architecture and related platforms and capabilities.
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience with Identity, Identity Technologies and Architecture, Information Security, and Compliance.
- Proficiency in configuring and supporting Microsoft - Entra/Azure AD, Active Directory, and related administrative toolsets, including DirSync, GPO; SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, NPS, LDS, LDAP, Least Privilege, RBAC, CIAM, FIDO, and PIM
- Strong proficiency with scripting and automation languages (PowerShell, VBScript, et al.) for efficient and scalable management solutions.
- Functional understanding of standard information security tools, including Firewalls, XDR, SIEM, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Tests, Access Control Lists, DLP, Deception, Attack Surface Management, CSPM/CIEM
- Hands-on operational experience with Microsoft Azure Information Security Toolsets.
This is a virtual role that can be located anywhere in the United States of America. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard (EST) time zone hours as required for business needs. Candidates must be able to travel up to 10%.
