Contract Position

 

The Operations Specialist, is responsible supporting multiple customers and business units while managing relationships and expectations. 

 

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of various technology tools pertaining to time, expense, corrections, billing, and order management.  
  • Process expenses, bonuses, and PTO requests by submitting to payroll weekly. 
  • Perform expense audits and resolve expense errors and rejected reports in various tools. 
  • Manage multiple trackers daily and update accordingly for travel direct bill charges, per diem certifications, and bonus eligibility. 
  • Respond to TA/CA and KE inquiries regarding expenses, bonuses, PTO, and payroll questions in a timely manner with a sense of urgency. 
  • Manage kickouts from payroll for bonus and PTO submissions. 
  • Assist TA/CA’s to resolve expense, bonus, PTO, and reimbursement questions. 
  • Manage PPO Mailbox and file requests as needed. Provide exception report research and resolution. 
  • Payroll discrepancy research and resolution for all related tasks such as expenses, bonuses, and PTO. 
  • Provide support with billing in the various tools as needed. 
  • Assist with special projects and other accounts as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years Operational or administrative experience. 
  • Customer service experience in addition to the operational and administrative is a plus.
  • Experience in Word, Excel and V Lookup. Intermediate level Excel proficiency is preferred as well as experience with Microsoft Outlook.
