We’re currently supporting a fast-moving, mission-driven client and are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their remote team.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-volume coordination support across interview scheduling, reschedules, and calendar alignment

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience

  • Own the logistics of the offer process, including generating and sending offer letters and tracking candidate acceptance

  • Support onboarding preparation and documentation processes across hiring regions

  • Assist in maintaining clean data and process consistency within the applicant tracking system

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination or operations experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring and working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently with remote teams

  • Familiarity with offer processes and onboarding support is a plus
