Our Senior Manager of Search Enablement and Operations will be accountable for:

  • Leading day-to-day operational functions across departments to enhance delivery, consistency, and efficiency
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to drive strategic goals and operational plans
  • Building and maintaining operational dashboards and tools to guide data-informed decisions
  • Championing process improvements, innovation, and scalable solutions across executive search and consulting functions
  • Facilitating seamless integration of systems, including oversight of CRM/ATS selection, implementation, and maintenance
  • Troubleshooting bottlenecks in client service delivery and empowering teams with resources, tools, and guidance

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive operations leadership experience, ideally within executive search, consulting, or talent acquisition
  • Expertise in optimizing workflows and cross-functional collaboration with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in operational systems, reporting tools, and emerging technologies (CRM/ATS implementation experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive data with integrity, sound judgment, and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
