Our Kelly Education Director of Revenue Strategy is accountable for:
Leading the transformation of pricing strategy from traditional cost-plus models to scalable, value-based, market-aligned structures
Owning and advancing sales intelligence functions including CRM integrity, KPI tracking, pipeline health, and win/loss reporting
Driving revenue forecasting and scenario modeling in partnership with Finance and Sales to support long-range planning
Creating and managing reporting tools that turn data into actionable insights and support confident decision-making
Equipping Sales and Proposal teams with pricing tools and data-informed messaging to communicate value effectively
Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team focused on pricing, sales operations, and strategic reporting
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
10+ years of experience in strategic pricing, sales operations, revenue planning, or commercial finance
Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives that involve Sales, Finance, and Delivery
Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, forecasting tools, and pipeline performance measurement
Strong executive communication, analytical thinking, and strategic storytelling skills
Track record of developing scalable processes and data infrastructure to support business growth
