Our Talent Advisor is accountable for leading and supporting our team of professionals, ensuring operational alignment and exceptional customer experience. This role plays a critical part in fostering an engaged, accountable, and high-performing team, with key responsibilities including:
- Partnering with operational leaders to support performance expectations, driving accountability and continuous development through proactive coaching
- Ensuring alignment with operational goals, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supporting coaching and mentoring group sessions, while monitoring impact and documenting performance conversations
- Providing guidance during employee entry and departure processes, as well as across the span of tenure in the role
- Responding to and guiding employee inquiries for various support requests, with direction to other areas as appropriate
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives, including organizing virtual engagement activities to foster team cohesion and morale
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an employee leadership capacity in a customer service / contact center environment
- Proficiency of HR / staffing practices such as talent operations / management, QA training and coaching, or related administrative role
- Proven capability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships
- Capability to monitor and use data for insights and recommendations
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, critical to successfully working remote
Must be available to work various shifts / schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays during established business hours.
