Our Kelly FSS Manager is accountable for:
- Leading full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing operations for Kelly’s large North American customer base, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Managing, training, and developing a team of AR and Billing Analysts to achieve departmental goals, drive employee satisfaction, and ensure succession planning.
- Designing and implementing customer-specific invoicing, order management, collections, and reporting processes while maintaining SOX compliance.
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in projects and process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
- Building strong relationships with internal leaders, external customers, and VMS partners to resolve disputes, negotiate outcomes, and proactively address issues.
- Monitoring productivity, reallocating resources, and setting priorities to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Finance, or related fields; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Proven leadership experience with ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of AR/billing processes, financial controls, and compliance requirements; familiarity with VMS technology (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, PeopleFluent) strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel and IT systems proficiency with comfort integrating across multiple functional areas.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Candidates are required to work eastern time zone hours 8am-5pm.
