We’re looking for HR Admin Specialist who will support HR People Partners and HR Business Partners providing efficient, consistent, and compliant HR transactional services across the employee lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee data change requests.
  • HRIS data maintenance.
  • HRIS hierarchy maintenance.
  • Onboard & exit processing.
  • Prepare letters.
  • Personnel file management.
  • New hire contracts and paperwork.
  • Urgent reporting needs.
  • Delivery of payroll inputs.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Benefit & payroll escalations.
  • Communication & paper work with authorities.
  • All Other transactions & administration.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Familiarity with local labor legislation in Austria is a plus.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Attention to details: execute tasks with precision, ensuring accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to travel to Vienna twice a week.



This position comes with a 6-months fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).
