About the Role

The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities with a strong focus on candidate sourcing, screening, outreach, and offer extension. This role supports a high-volume hiring environment and partners closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders to deliver qualified talent efficiently while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume candidate screening interviews via phone and video to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calling to build strong talent pipelines
  • Perform outbound outreach and lead follow-up, including calling, texting, and emailing prospective candidates
  • Manage candidates through the hiring lifecycle, from initial contact through offer extension and acceptance
  • Present and explain offers to candidates, address questions, and support negotiations within established guidelines
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Provide candidates with a clear, engaging, and supportive experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Meet or exceed recruiting activity and hiring metrics in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, screening effectiveness, and overall recruiting workflow

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, with recruiting, staffing, or sales experience preferred
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven ability to conduct effective candidate screens and interviews
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially over the phone
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and calling
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Attention to detail with a strong commitment to accurate documentation and compliance

 

Work Environment

This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in the Denver office, with flexibility to support recruiting teams across regions.

 

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $44,625 – $59,500 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
