Our Senior Recruiter supports Kelly’s Corporate Recruitment function, primarily across Corporate Enterprise and Kelly Education. This virtual, temporary role is responsible for delivering high-quality, full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to drive effective, compliant, and strategic hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio, including early career, support, experienced professional, and people leader roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding, ensuring alignment with company policies, processes, and employment laws
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, providing guidance on talent needs, sourcing strategies, and hiring decisions
- Conduct and guide structured interview processes to assess candidate capability, alignment, and fit, ensuring consistent and equitable evaluations
- Deliver a positive stakeholder experience through proactive communication and high-quality candidate and leader engagement
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the ATS to support reporting, performance tracking, and compliance
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences
- Minimum 5+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple job levels and functions
- Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and HR to meet immediate hiring needs, and to build future talent pipelines as needed
- Strong sourcing capabilities across a variety of channels and platforms to engage and identify prospects for active positions
- Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality and strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels
- Collaborative team player with a focus on sharing knowledge, best practices, and peer support
- Learning agility and a continuous improvement mindset, with desire to leverage tools, technology, and innovative approaches to drive efficiency
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Avature, Workday preferred) and use of recruiting metrics to inform decisions
- Working knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and EEO requirements
Pay rate for this position is $40 - $48 / hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
