Our French-speaking Recruiter is accountable for:


- Providing recruiting support for manufacturing roles requiring French language capability, with a focus on Eastern Canada and Quebec
- Screening candidates in French and supporting candidate interviews and conversations
- Reviewing job postings and offers to ensure the wording is correct
- Partnering with hiring stakeholders to support short-term coverage needs while internal resources are being coordinated
- Supporting a fast-moving hiring need where immediate coverage was required

Essential Skills:


- French language proficiency
- Experience supporting recruiter-type work, including screening and interview coordination
- Ability to work with stakeholders across recruiting and hiring teams
- Comfort supporting urgent, short-term coverage needs
- Familiarity with recruiting in Eastern Canada, specifically Quebec


Base pay range for this position is $51.300 to $68.400 USD per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
