Role Overview
Kelly is hiring a Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across our client’s U.S. operations. This is a remote, in-house recruiting role added to support hiring demand after other recruiters were reassigned to a separate initiative. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers in a highly structured, process-driven environment.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments and brings a strong corporate recruiting background with experience navigating sophisticated hiring processes.
What will you do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of IT, quality assurance, manufacturing, and professional roles
- Manage the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple functional areas
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, including panel interviews with Danaher stakeholders
- Support requisitions primarily across Eastern and Central time zones, with some coverage in Mountain and Pacific time zones
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking within the ATS
- Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience
- Operate effectively within a structured, process-driven recruiting organization
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably IT or quality assurance recruiting
- Proven ability to recruit across professional roles, not limited to a single specialty
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Based in the U.S., with availability aligned to Eastern or Central time zones (preferred)
- ATS experience, ideally Workday
- Experience working in large, structured, process-driven organizations preferred
Base pay range for this position is $29 to $41 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
