Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Copenhagen, Denmark!

 

As a member of an international team of recruiters and sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client, a Purpose driven science and technology leader in EMEA region. Your core tasks include briefing calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening applications documents and conducting interviews and scheduling Hiring Manager interviews. You are responsible for precise documentation of your selection decisions, whilst supporting both the candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, up to steps such as the administration of candidate offers and contracts. As one of our first points of client contact, you are in regular exchange with the Hiring Managers. You will be primarily responsible for Denmark and other European countries.
  

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment needs and devise effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screening resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Arranging and managing interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Keeping abreast of recruitment trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes continually.

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of full cycle (360) recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring or agency recruitment and experience with blue-collar hiring. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrating strong organizational skills, a structured and detail-oriented approach, and advanced administrative abilities to efficiently manage the recruitment processes and ensure accuracy at every step.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English and Danish is required. 
  • Knowledge of the Swedish language is an advantage. 

 

This position comes with a 10-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
