About the Role


Our Recruiter supports a key client's Commercial team by delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions for manufacturing and Go-To-Market (GTM) sales positions within the U.S. market. This role focuses on the full recruiting life cycle, including proactive sourcing, comprehensive screening, and placement activities. This opportunity is ideal for an adaptable, driven recruiter based in the Medellín area who possesses a strong command of English, has proven experience navigating the U.S. hiring landscape, and can onboard quickly to meet the demands of straightforward, high-impact positions.


Our Recruiter is accountable for:

  • Leading end-to-end, full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing through to placement for manufacturing and GTM sales roles.
  • Navigating and sourcing talent within the U.S. market effectively.
  • Conducting structured candidate screens in English to accurately assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Building proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent pools.
  • Partnering closely with the internal commercial team and client hiring managers to align talent strategies and priorities.
  • Managing candidates efficiently through the pipeline to ensure rapid productivity and high-quality placements.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and activity tracking within recruiting platforms.
  • Delivering consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.



Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience required.
  • Proven experience recruiting talent within the U.S. market.
  • Full command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience or strong familiarity with manufacturing and/or GTM sales positions.
  • Strong ability to adapt, learn quickly, and achieve immediate productivity.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to interface with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively source passive talent and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Work Environment

This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week onsite in the Antioquia office.
