Our Change Management Consultant is accountable for:
- Demonstrating expertise in Change Management & Communications
- Leading new and evolving client programs through periods of change by developing and deploying clear and efficient communication plans
- Working with the client, project team, and technology partner in driving, developing, and delivering overall business process and technology solutions for client
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- Able to apply Prosci change management methodology to a diverse set of projects and stakeholders to drive sustainable transformation
- Strong background in service delivery processes and procedures and ability to develop positive relationships with individuals quickly and easily
- Flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- Willing to address sensitive or politically charged issues with professionalism and urgency
- Ability to integrate quickly and contribute to a team environment
Base compensation range for this position is $73,875 – $98,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
