Role Overview
Our Talent Supply Chain Consultant (TSCC) is a key component to the continued growth of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) solution. This role ensures high-touch relationship management, reporting, and process excellence to deliver superior workforce solutions to our clients.
This role supports Kelly's Direct Sourcing program for a major client in the Quad Cities area, partnering with local and remote team members to optimize operations and foster best-in-class client relationships.
This is a new position, created to add capacity and support as the business grows in scale and complexity.

Key Responsibilities
The TSCC is accountable for:
  • Managing daily talent supply chain activities for assigned client location(s), including intake, job posting, resume review, and supporting ongoing workforce operations.
  • Analyzing and reporting on Talent Community and Team Performance data; presenting key VMS stats to leadership and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Administering VMS and associated talent technologies, including updates, edits, and user support.
  • Acting as a liaison to the Program Management Office (PMO), identifying and driving efficiency opportunities and supporting coordination between teams.
  • Supporting sales and implementation by collecting business data, preparing presentations, and ensuring consistency in direct sourcing launches and client education efforts.
  • Conducting audits to ensure smooth onboarding, correct billing for placed talent, and the proper allocation of team resources.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal teams through ongoing site visits and communication.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • 2+ years’ client services, staffing, or program management experience, with proficiency in vendor management/procurement technology tools (Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain or workforce solutions principles, best practices, and trends
  • Experience managing relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; familiarity with MS Office applications required (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Project management capability
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to the Quad Cities area, and to travel to client sites as needed

Compensation – Review requirements (Pay Transparency) Base compensation range: $60,000 – $70,000, depending on experience.
Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and hiring manager decision.
