Role Overview

Our Senior RPO Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and developing innovative Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions that help clients solve complex hiring challenges and achieve their workforce goals.

This role partners closely with business development, operations, implementation, and leadership teams to create scalable talent acquisition solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading RPO programs and recruiting operations and can translate that operational expertise into strategic workforce solutions.

The Senior RPO Solutions Architect will evaluate hiring demand, recruitment processes, service delivery models, sourcing strategies, and technology capabilities to design solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and business results.

 

Key Responsibilities

The Senior RPO Solutions Architect is accountable for:

  • Designing scalable RPO solutions aligned with client hiring objectives and workforce strategies.
  • Conducting discovery sessions to understand client challenges, recruiting processes, and hiring needs.
  • Developing recruiting delivery models, operational frameworks, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Recommending sourcing approaches, recruitment marketing solutions, and candidate attraction strategies.
  • Evaluating and recommending recruiting technologies and process improvements.
  • Supporting proposal development, client presentations, and solution documentation.
  • Partnering with implementation and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Leveraging workforce trends, labor market insights, and industry best practices to support solution design.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategy, recruiting operations, and RPO best practices.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in RPO, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or workforce solutions.
  • Strong experience leading or supporting large-scale RPO programs within North America.
  • Expertise in process design, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Understanding of recruiting delivery models, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Experience evaluating recruiting technologies and talent acquisition workflows.
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business challenges and develop practical workforce solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, operations, and implementation teams.

Compensation – Review Requirements (Pay Transparency)

Base compensation range: $160,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and overall fit for the role.

Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, geographic location, and hiring manager decision.
