3453 - Sourcing Specialist - Virtual, USA

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sourcing strategies for recruiting/placement creating efficiencies and assisting in the achievement of the Education Practice strategic goals. This is achieved through utilization of traditional and nontraditional sourcing strategies and successful execution of the onboarding process.   

Serve as the main point of contact for all sourced candidates 

Serve as a partner with Recruiting Specialists to execute sourcing strategies that result in client satisfaction 

Source and identify candidates for open positions through various channels, including internal position responses, referrals, internet tools, direct recruiting, job fairs, etc.  to ensure timely, quality candidate placements and a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates 

Facilitate the selection process including verbal prescreening and assessing candidates

Collect, analyze and maintain sourcing data gathered to provide to leadership 

Document activity in front office systems

Customer Service  

• Field incoming calls and emails 

• Respond promptly to candidate, internal team via email, phone or in-person 

• Manage/resolve candidate issues 

• Solicit feedback to improve service 

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 

Years of Experience: 1+ years in Customer service, staffing, recruiting experience preferred
