3751 - Operations Coordinator - Long-term Contract - Virtual USA
The Operations Coordinator will manage the centralized group mailbox, responding to general inquiries, and routing operational support requests to appropriate parties. This person will be the point of contact for all email requests, and will support several account-specific compliance-related tasks in support of Kelly customers.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
• 2 years’ experience in Operations Support. Human Resources or Recruitment/Staffing preferred• Proficient in Word and Excel• Must have strong knowledge of Outlook. (Utilizing mail rules, organizing folders, etc.) Finalist candidates will be tested.• Kelly organizational experience preferred• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, interpersonal and decision making• Excellent time management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlines• Self-starter• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task/prioritize• Willing to take initiative and work with little direction• Must have excellent customer service skills and be highly organized.• Fast learner
