We're gearing up for significant growth in 2021 and expanding our network of talented Account Managers to support our education staffing needs with customers. We're looking for individuals that will thrive in establishing collaborative partnerships with clients & candidates alike. We'll offer you the tools necessary to support your career growth along with the backing of a Global Staffing leader. We are conducting exploratory interviews with individuals interested in a career with Kelly.

Client service/account management

  • Develops strong relationships with new and existing customer end users by understanding their business and staffing needs.

·         Solicit customer/employee feedback to improve service 

  • Demonstrates understanding for the customer’s priorities, processes, policies and procedures 
  • Proactively identifies and implements work processes that improve speed, productivity, efficiency, cost, and/or the customer experience 
  • Maintain thorough understanding and knowledge of current hiring practices, recruitment strategies, and staffing industry trends 

Does this look like you?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years customer, client or account management
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels 
  • Individual must be able to function independently/autonomously yet know when to get management involved.
  • Ability to comfortably present to and influence various levels of management
  • Demonstrate innovation, willing to take risks, and operate in ambiguous situations
