Responsibilities:

Marketing Lead Queue:

·         Maintains thorough understanding of current marketing campaigns and the type of leads they will generate.

·         Ensures leads are distributed to the correct teams with minimal passing of leads between sales reps. · Ensures all activity in lead queue is processed in a timely manner to drive a rapid response from the sales teams.

·         Ensures all activity is accurately documented in Salesforce.

·         Effectively communicate with Sales Teams, Sales Leaders, Salesforce team, and Marketing to ensure lead queue distribution is well-organized and effective.


Cross Selling & Lead Referral Programs Support:

·         Maintains thorough understanding of Kelly lead referral programs information and objectives. This includes the Kelly Growing Together program.

·         Analyzes all aspects of submitted leads to ensure they fall within the identified lead referral program guidelines and is distributed to the correct team.

·         Monitor lead status to ensure sales team is paid any incentives earned.

·         Update communications including program information and training materials.

·         Effectively communicate with Sales Teams, Sales Leaders, Salesforce team, and Global Compensation to ensure lead distribution is well-organized and incentives are paid on time


1-800 Phone# Que:

·         Maintains thorough understanding of how these leads originate and typical situations in which a customer would contact Kelly through the 800#.

·         Ensure all leads are documented correctly in Salesforce and then distributed to the correct sales team in a timely manner to drive a rapid response from the sales teams.

·         Ensures all activity is accurately documented in Salesforce.

·         Effectively communicate with Sales Teams, Sales Leaders, Salesforce team and Marketing to ensure lead queue distribution is well-organized and effective.


Reporting and Communication:

·         Create, analyze, and review reports, problem solving when necessary.

·         Identify and share opportunities for process improvement.

·         Identify best practices and success stories that can be shared with the sales teams via internal communication channels and All Sales calls.


Qualifications Required:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent.

·         Prior experience supporting a sales, marketing, or account management organization is preferred.

·         Prior experience working with stakeholders across a wide range of departments.

·         Understanding of the staffing and/or outsourcing industry.

·         Knowledge of Kelly’s products is a plus.

·         Understanding how sales teams leverage leads to grow business and generate income is a plus.

·         Prior experience in a remote role with a demonstrated ability to be self-directed while managing distractions.


Preferred Skills:

·         Preferred experience includes CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation (Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, etc.), and MS Office suite of products.

·         Must have proficient computer skills.

·         Must be able to work independently and have ability to telecommute.
