The Intake Coordinator will report to the SOC Manager and is based in the SAO SOC.  The position is responsible for utilizing an electronic tool (eTool) to maintain Kelly’s relationship with SAO customers to fulfill position requests.  Responsibilities include retrieving orders from web-based applications, creating and distributing those orders to the appropriate recruiter, and providing feedback to the recruiter on the order status.  This individual will also be responsible for order management to ensure ongoing, high-quality service.  This individual will need excellent customer service and communication abilities and must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.

  • Responsible for accurately collecting and appropriately distributing order information from verbal communication and/or data from electronic systems.  Order information to be entered in company-owned systems and communicated to appropriate team members and /or Kelly’s suppliers.
  • Monitor branch mailboxes to ensure orders are received and communicated to recruiters in a timely manner
  • Determine that all pertinent information is validated to accurately enter the job order.  Contact appropriate resources to obtain missing information. 
  • Close and/or fill orders in front office system as directed by Recruiter
  • Use appropriate tools and resources to accurately meet any customer contract diverse spend requirements and to coordinate the distribution and communication of orders to the supplier base
  • Monitor order status and start dates as necessary and communicate with recruiters any updates
  • Work with operations team to manage POs or any other relevant order information that  may be necessary  to maintain the front office system
  • Sr. Level – Provide 3rd party system reporting to Recruiting Manager and SOC Manager 
  • Special projects as assigned
  • High school diploma (a bachelor’s in human resources, business, or marketing preferred, but not required) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills are required.  
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong technical skills to comprehend multiple online ordering and front office systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
