STAFFING SPECIALIST

THE ROLE:

As the Staffing Specialist, you will have everything but a routine job. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class services to identify, competitively source, monitor, and oversee contracted workers (contractors) provided via agencies engaged with ExxonMobil and its affiliates. You will be interacting daily with the staffing agencies and other departments via phone and e-mail, therefore, the position is strongly focused on leveraging communication skills, customer service mindset and problem solving.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

·         Supporting the engagement process for contractors for internal clients across Europe

·         Coordinating activities with staffing agencies, internal clients and other relevant departments

·         Providing service to internal clients by professionally and efficiently fulfilling requests for new contractors, extensions or other changes in line with the established processes and controls

·         Managing/calculating pay rates, maintaining productivity tools and billing troubleshooting

·         Supporting internal client: delivering trainings and managing ad-hoc requests

·         Supporting agency performance management

·         Supporting scorecards reporting

·         Supporting regulatory and process compliance and ongoing changes

·         Collecting, analyzing contractor data from internal clients

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

·         Ideally 1-3 years of working experience in Recruitment (preferred), HR, Payroll, Contracts or Procurement

·         Excellent written and oral level of English + French/Italian/Dutch is advantage

·         Strong Communication and Problem Solving skills

·         Strong Customer Service focus (being responsive to client’s requests: e.g. timely, accurate coordination, communication and collecting information)

·         Solid Analytical Skills: Intermediate in Microsoft Office Excel
