EMEA VMS Production Support Analyst 

• Preferred Position Location: Telford, UK 

*Due to COVID- Position is Remote until further advisement and training will be provided by US resources 
Perform daily, weekly, monthly or other scheduled events or tasks under little direction related to the use of Kelly VMS Technology Applications. Knowledge of business processes are utilized to determine and meet business and customer needs. Understand how changes made to technology can impact current processes. Manage the configurations put in place at time of implementations. 
Individuals will utilize technical skills, training and business experience in a specific technology to maintain and support the Kelly Business Applications. Primary daily responsibilities include Collecting enhancement/change requests, escalating issues to vendor, generating/creating reports, application configuration changes to meet business and customer needs, user id/role creating, receiving and assessing application changes (release management), identifying impact to business, develop and maintain Kelly specific application reference material. 
Respond to inquiries from the user community for Kelly business applications via phone, email or via the IT Service Desk tracking system (Salesforce). Explain application functionality and correlating how a process is enabled by technology. 
Maintain customer and vendor relationships by building professional rapport, follow up consistently, and maintain ongoing contact and communication. Coordinate and conduct status meetings. 
Experience with VMS Technologies such as Beeline and IQN (SAP Fieldglass a plus) 

Strong Excel skills due to imports required for VMS Tools 

preferred major in either Management Information Systems or Business, or equivalent work experience. 
Experience in an IT or business field/ 2+ years of Kelly experience
