Provide Salesforce cloud application development by gathering requirements, determining an approach, then developing the solution. Work with business to test solutions and train personnel on new functionality. Provide escalation support for Tier 2 support team complying with established timelines. Ensure data quality throughout the Salesforce ecosystem and solution challenges with the data.


Salesforce Application Development

·         Provide end to end project management and application development

·         Capture & assess business requirements & provide recommended solutions based on current technology capabilities

·         Provide detailed impact analyses for change requests

·         Manage end to end application retirement

·         Keep detailed logs of application development/configuration changes

·         Maintain project log status updates

·         Keep all stakeholders informed through regular progress communications

·         Schedule & implement deployments, UAT, and project meetings

·         Create and manage Oauth connections & API integrations

Salesforce Support Management

·         Prioritize and cultivate a positive user experience

·         Create and manage Knowledge Articles, administrator documentation, and training for administering all team applications in both Classic and Lightning

·         Provide Tier 3 support from all channels: case queue, email, instant message, phone, and Chatter groups

·         Serve as backup Tier 2 case queue and support

·         Monitor case queues and ensure we are providing our initial response times: Sev 1 & 2 – 5 to 15-minute SLA, SEV 3 – 1 hour SLA, SEV 4 – 2 hour SLA

·         Provide backup support for Salesforce access management

·         Obtain management approval for creation or changes to role hierarchy, public groups, permission sets, sharing settings & profiles

Salesforce Analytics and Data Management

·         Upskill in Salesforce Lightning analytics & complex formulas

·         Manage and approve dashboard creation

·         Prioritize and handle complex report requests from executive level users

·         Maintain responsibility for monitoring data quality and integrity

·         Execute data migration/cleansing projects

·         Assist in identifying and solutioning for duplicate management

Salesforce Training

·         Maintain knowledge database of all processes for applications created and managed by CRM Team

·         Provide 1-1 sales training / consultations

·         Provide team trainings for Sales & other CRM Team applications

·         Provide Salesforce technical cross-training for new application roll outs

·         Help L&D maintain training

Communications & Skills Maintenance

·         Ensure all support communications are documented properly in Salesforce

·         Provide a weekly assessment to management of project workload, timelines, and progress reports

·         Maintain Salesforce quarterly release knowledge

·         Maintain all Salesforce Certifications

Qualifications Required:

·         Advanced Salesforce Administrator skillset including platform development and process automation

·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         Prior experience in a remote role with a demonstrated ability to be self-directed while mitigating distractions

·         Adoption, Salesforce configuration, platform development, user management, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Lead and Campaign Management, Salesforce Lightning reports & dashboards

·         Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets

·         Experience using data tools such as Data Loader, DemandTools, and Workbench

·         Experience with deployment tools such as Salesforce Change Sets & GearSet

  • Einstein Analytics & Event Monitoring a plus

Skills Required:

·         Must have Salesforce CRM Administrator Experience

·         Preferred experience includes marketing automation (like Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and MS Office suite of products

·         Must have proficient computer skills

·         Must have professional interpersonal skills (Executive level communication skills a must)

·         Ability to understand and communicate complex processes and requirements

·         Ability to manage large volume of requests and prioritize time effectively
