as a Client Services Procurement Specialist. As part of Kelly's Outsourcing Consulting Group (OCG), CWO
leverages staffing, procurement, and supplier management expertise to
bring customers an end-to-end centralized workforce management program.
Facilitating and monitoring
the Statement of work process life cycle for Learning & Development
Category and establishing and managing relationships between the Supplier and
the Engagement Managers to ensure that all processes are executed in a timely
the SOW process lifecycle for the Learning & Development Category by
engaging, educating, monitoring, and ensuring the execution of the SOW
processes for both suppliers and hiring managers
SOW program education. Conduct just in time training to Suppliers
and Hiring Managers when resolving issues.

improving stakeholder experience
at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
at least one year of relevant SOW experience, preferably in
the staffing or contracting industry
excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and
team collaboration skills
English spoken and written is required; Dutch or German is an
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
negotiation skills required
must be able to work on multiple tasks
simultaneously with limited supervision

Functional PC and internet skills to include MS Word, Excel,
