KellyOCG, a division of Kelly Services is looking for an individual who can act as a Client Services Procurement Specialist.  As part of Kelly's Outsourcing Consulting Group (OCG), CWO leverages staffing, procurement, and supplier management expertise to bring customers an end-to-end centralized workforce management program.

Facilitating and monitoring the Statement of work process life cycle for Learning & Development Category and establishing and managing relationships between the Supplier and the Engagement Managers to ensure that all processes are executed in a timely manner.

·       Facilitate the SOW process lifecycle for the Learning & Development Category by engaging, educating, monitoring, and ensuring the execution of the SOW processes for both suppliers and hiring managers

·       Provide SOW program education.  Conduct just in time training to Suppliers and Hiring Managers when resolving issues.

·       Distribute information and materials using e-technology tool to fully approved suppliers

·       Manage first contact and on-boarding with new Suppliers

·       Coordinate the review of the proposed answers on behalf of the customer

·       Review and monitor status and progress.

·       SOW creation and management – Creation of Work orders and contracts

·       Purchase Order creation using the customers Technology

·       Monitor approvals by manager and service provider, create amendments for changes, track PO spend and monitor project end date.

·       Ensure timely submittal of milestone payments, audit for accurate invoicing information and research and resolve supplier payment issues.

·       Successfully negotiate pricing to ensure they are aligned with current market rates and closely related to the necessary project criteria.

·       Interact daily with customer and suppliers to resolve program related issues

·       Appropriately manage the customer and supplier relationship

·       Act as a cooperative and contributing team member of the SOW program to ensure that a high level of service is always offered to customers, suppliers, and program stakeholders.

·       Proactively identify issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions

·       Conduct resource planning with the customer to anticipate future staffing needs

·       Ensure that all key service delivery objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement of service delivery processes and in maintaining and improving stakeholder experience

 Job Requirements:

·       at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience

·       at least one year of relevant SOW experience, preferably in the staffing or contracting industry

·       excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills

·       English spoken and written is required; Dutch or German is an advantage

·       strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       negotiation skills required

·       must be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision
