Utilize various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and software to provide information through the manipulation and analysis of data to track performance, compliance, and trending metrics related to specific programs/customers each with unique/special requirements.  Fast-paced environment, demanding efficiency, and accuracy, while allowing room for creativity in generating analysis for our account teams.  

Duties & Responsibilities:  
Prepare and publish or design new reporting including Service Level Agreement, Key Performance Indicator, Monthly, Quarterly and/or Annual Business Reviews, program performance dashboards and other reports requested by program/customer.
Create/design Ad-hoc/One-off reporting requested by program sponsors (client), practice leadership and department seniors.  
Research, analyze and implement new strategies to streamline data management and reporting to ensure data integrity and accuracy as well as efficiency in your reporting process 
Other related job duties as assigned.

Technical or Business work experience in analysis, reporting, Finance, Accounting, IT VMS program or operations support
Strong analytical, mathematical, PC skills
Must be an advanced Excel user familiar with advanced logical formulas, data summarization techniques, charting, and macros/VBA  
Must have intermediate/advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Powerpoint 
Experience analyzing and trending large amounts of data
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening
Ability to work confidently with multiple levels of the Internal practice team
Ability to interpret customer needs, problem solve, and make recommendations
Ability to work independently 
Ability to independently verify completeness & accuracy of work product
Must demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
Efficient time management skills to meet reporting deadlines 

Experience with the following preferred:
o Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Taleo, Workday, SuccessFactors
o Experience within the staffing industry 
o Experience with PowerPivot/Power Query 
o Experience with Power BI 
o Experience with Microsoft Access
o Experience with SQL 
o Experience with Tableau
