The Operations Specialist is part of the Shared Services team and the individual is critical in monitoring and supporting the quality and efficiency of service-related operations. You will be responsible for leading business programs and will act as a liaison to Corporate departments, providing feedback and the deployment and administration of service-related programs to ensure compliance and maximum results. The individual will also assist SOC and MSP management with analysis and reporting of data supporting service to the customer. This includes maintaining the data integrity of online third-party and internal systems. This individual will exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-year business degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal, interpersonal, and decision-making.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and critical thinking skills
  • Report generation skills
  • Capability to function in a high volume-fast paced environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Willing to take initiative and work with little direction.
  • Experience analyzing and trending large amounts of data. Ability to work in a team environment.
  • KSN and VMS tools are desirable

Position Responsibilities:

With direction from the Operations Directors, will be leading all aspects of the overall operations of multiple customer accounts across the US. Acts as an operational point of contact for the onsite Kelly team and service team. Partners with these Kelly employees to ensure that all operational standards are upheld and all operational initiatives are implemented. Processes/leads customer invoices, employee expenses, account compliance, and payroll/billing issues as well as other various account and or Kelly-specific areas. Responsible for partnering with Operations Supervisor to ensure completion and compliance of both internal (Kelly) and external (Customer) audits. Partners with Operations Directors to ensure the adherence of processes that are in place to meet all Kelly and Customer requirements. Will be working in a fast-paced high-volume environment on several client accounts.
