KellyOCG is currently searching for a Direct Sourcing Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the Direct Sourcing Engagement Specialist with talent engagement, confirming new orders are accepted properly, submitting talent into VMS tools, engagement with talent and ability to create candidate communications and presentations. Help present analyses results/recommendations in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner. This person will report to the Global Direct Sourcing Product Manager. This role will overall gather Talent Pool Engagement data and inform the Direct Sourcing Engagement Specialist with overall findings and work with them on continued improvements.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Support the DS Engagement Specialist by collecting all Talent Community data, analyzing the data and sharing the data, with concerns and/or recommendations. 
  • Work in both VMS technologies and the Avature CRM. 
  • Validate all new client requisitions have the correct details and inform the Engagement Specialists. 
  • Appropriately manage all scheduled reports to meet the assignment. 
  • Order Fulfillment: Preparing résumés for presentation, submit talent in VMS, support client/talent interviews and transitioning talent to approved payroll suppliers. 
  • Coordinate any ad hoc reporting requests across different technologies. 
  • Customer Reporting: Running reports, sort data and prepare for client reports with the Global Product Manager prior to sending to our clients. 
  • Able to research on social media and gather talent related content that will be relevant to our talent. 
  • Create and run Drip Campaigns for talent in the community. 
  • Support and back up the Engagement Specialists when necessary. 

Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of high school diploma, but prefer and Associate degree from an accredited institution. 
  • Previous experience as a Kelly Services employee is preferred. 
  • Must be detailed oriented, technologically savvy, independent, and capable of working in a flexible environment. 
  • Excellent experience reviewing and analyzing data and running reports.
  • Very comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, social media sites and web searching. 
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills. 
  • Able to manage a variety of daily tasks at a fast pace. 
  • Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches. 
  • Great organizational skills.
