Talent Sourcing Specialist (Bioscience/Pharma/Contract)*

Recently the public has become familiar with the term "mRNA" which has been associated with some of the most successful vaccinations that are allowing us to have some semblance of life before "pandemic." According to some within the scientific community mRNA technology has been around since the 1960s, but it was not until recently that they have been made available for vaccination usage. The world is about to change as some researchers are optimistic that over the next few decades exponential advances will be made to fight against the BIG 6: malaria, cancer, tuberculosis HIV, cytomegalovirus, and respiratory syncytial virus.


As a Sourcing Specialist you will develop, implement, and lead strategic sourcing strategies to develop passive candidate pipelines to marry top talent with our Clients. Here are a few more ways you’ll bring value to Kelly and Kelly Clients:


Essential Functions:

-Utilizing all tools and relevant methodologies available to create interest and drive talent to the Client’s organization

-Research and implement new sourcing tools and stay on top of current and new sourcing trends

-Sourcing, engaging, pre-screening (when needed), and assessing candidate qualifications to present the most qualified candidates to Recruiters


Competencies:

-Must have a” Hunter” & “Chaser “mentality

-Able to switch gears quickly and adapt to demanding Recruiter and/or Client changes

-Ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks

-Able to adapt to and drive results in a fast-paced, challenging, and demanding deadline-driven work environment

-Must be exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and must have strong time management, administrative, and customer service orientation

-300+ contacts per week (Mass Email/LinkedIn In-mails/Social Media

-10+ sourced candidates per week

-5+ hires per month


Education:

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent role-related experience


Years of Experience:

-3+ years robust sourcing experience, including a high level of proficiency with various sourcing tools, channels, and technology

Type of Experience:

-Experienced in sourcing within Life-Science and Biopharma/Life Science preferred

-Solid experience utilizing Social Media as a candidate discovery avenue

-Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent via robust strategic sourcing (cold calling, search tools, Boolean searching, partnering with relevant associations, universities, and networking avenues)

-MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
